ReelGuard is built for Indian creators and follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and is GDPR-aware. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your email and optional name to create your account.
• The Instagram handle(s) you ask us to monitor and security-relevant signals (login events, message/comment metadata, reach trends).
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you opt in to alerts.
• Payment metadata from Razorpay (we never store card details).

What we do NOT do

• We never ask for or store your Instagram password.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How we use it

Solely to run security checks, send you alerts, and operate your subscription.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your monitored handles and scan history.

Retention & security

We store the minimum data needed and run daily encrypted backups. Scan history is retained while your account is active.
