Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your ReelGuard subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
• Monthly subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable for the current period once monitoring has run, since the service is delivered continuously.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
